About me

Fully qualified Level 3 Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapist, with additional qualifications in Medical Acupuncture (dry needling), Injury Strapping, Kinesiology Taping and Gymnastics Coaching. Fully insured, First Aid Trained and a member of several Leading Industry Professional Bodies.

My qualification has enabled me to work full time as a Therapist doing what I love most – helping people! Having been a competing National gymnast from a young age, I was forced to step down at the age of 16 due to being diagnosed with a spinal disorder known as Scheuermann’s disease; a condition that occurs during adolescent development resulting in an abnormal curvature of the spine. This led me to undergo several major spinal surgeries that left me with metal implants in my back and a long rehabilitation process. This meant that I was no longer able to train as a gymnast, so I therefore focussed my development in coaching gymnastics instead – which put me in great stead for becoming a Therapist. Having spent so long recovering from surgery I began to learn about the human body, gaining a new fascination for anatomy and an appreciation for how rehabilitation works. This ultimately led me to where I am today; a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist.

I pride myself on being a friendly, professional Healthcare Practitioner that delivers the best possible care and treatment to every single one of my Patients – I have your very best interests at heart. I understand the importance of getting people back on their feet to achieve their goals, whether it be running a marathon or working in the office pain free. I work alongside other Healthcare Professionals such as Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, Personal Trainers and Yoga Instructors; helping to deliver a 5-star service from start to finish.

I absolutely love what I do, I love to help people and I promise to always to my very best for you. I am always keen to learn how Patients feel and progress after treatment, so please drop me a message and let me know how you are getting on!
